I understand that band fees are payable on a semester basis, and music lesson fees (if applicable) are payable on a term basis. Any fees not paid by their invoice due date may be subject to late fees and suspension of enrolment.
I understand that all invoices, band and lesson information, and other communication will be delivered via email and sometimes SMS. I will notify The Music Partnership if my personal details change.
I am over 18 and the legal guardian of this child. I take full responsibility for all fee payments relating to the school band program and music lessons (if applicable), and I give full permission for my child’s participation.

LESSON CONSENT -

When you accept an individual lesson for your child you are agreeing to a one on one lesson with your tutor. Your child will be in a room with doors open and a clear visual line to the outside with a highly trained tutor that has completed a DoE child protection training course and has been screened for WWC clearance by The Music Partnership and the school.
