I understand that string ensemble fees are payable on a semester basis, and music lesson fees (if applicable) are payable on a term basis. Any fees not paid by their invoice due date may be subject to late fees and suspension of enrolment.
I understand that all invoices, ensemble and lesson information, and other communication will be delivered via email and sometimes SMS. I will notify The Music Partnership if my personal details change.
I am over 18 and the legal guardian of this child. I take full responsibility for all fee payments relating to the school string program and music lessons (if applicable), and I give full permission for my child’s participation.
